圈养马麝(Moschus sifanicus)的交配模式及交配参数的确定

摘　　要：2000年10月-2001年1月,对甘肃兴隆山麝场的23头圈养雌性马麝(Moschus sifanicus)的发情交配进行了研究.结果表明:圈养马麝呈季节性多次发情,在1次发情中,有多个交配单元发生,每个交配单元平均持续时间为(210.52±14.72)s,n=23,含(9.09±0.64)次爬跨,n=23,其爬跨持续时间平均为(4.4±0.78)s,n=5.由于性经历的不同,导致雌麝识别雄麝性信息的能力及性行为释放的刺激阈值存在个体间差异,首次参加交配的雌麝在交配单元中接受的爬跨次数(10.67±0.75)次,n=9有高于具多次交配经历雌麝(8.07±0.85)次,n=14的趋势,而且前者平均爬跨时间(22.02±1.03)s,n=9显著低于后者(24.18±0.17)s,n=14.圈养马麝在交配中,雌、雄生殖器官之间没有锁结,没有抽动,无多次射精,但难以区分是否多次插入或者多次爬跨,推测圈养马麝的交配模式属于Dewsbury分类系统的第14(如果多次插入)或第16种(如果多次爬跨).The oestrous and copulatory behaviors of 23 captive female alpine musk deer （Moschus sifanicus） were observed and recorded in an experiment conducted from 2000 to 2001 at Xinglongshan Musk Deer Farm in Xinglongsban National Nature Reserve of Gansu Province. The results showed that female deer entered into estrus seasonally, and more than one mating bout occurred in an estrus, each of which lasted for （210.52±14.72）, n=23 seconds, including （9.09±50.64）, n=23 seconds of mounting, and the duration of ejaculating mounting averaged （4.4±0. 78）, n=5. Because of the different capacity of monitoring and investigating the sexual messages from the defaecation and urinate of the male, the behavioral threshold to release the mating behavior was higher in SI （sexual inexperienced female） than SE （sexual experienced）. In one mounting bout, the SI tended to receive more mounting （10.67±0.75） times, n=9 than SE （8.07±0.85）, n= 14, however, the average mounting duration of SE （24.18±0.17） s, n= 14 was significantly longer than that of SI （22.02±1.03） s, n=9. Male musk deer did not express locking and multi-ejaculating. However, it was difficult to distinguish between multi-inserting and multi-mount- ing. It is speculated that the mating system of captive M. sifanicus may be the fourteenth （multi-inserting） or sixteenth （multi-mounting） pattern of Dewsbury＇s mating system.
