摘 要:对9个甘薯品种在不同生长期块根可溶性糖含量的测定与分析表明:甘薯块根可溶性糖含量在整个生长期间的变化总趋势是生长前期(50 d左右)特别高,随后迅速降低,一般在100 d左右达到最低.生长中期稳定波动,生长末期再有缓慢上升.各生长期可溶性糖含量之间存在显著或极显著相关性.该研究结果为甘薯育种和产业化开发提供了一定的科学依据.Soluble sugar contents in the storage roots of nine sweetpotato varieties were measured in differ ent stages of their growth (50 d, 85 d, 108 d, 136 d an d 167 d) and the results indicated that soluble sugar content was very high in the early period of growth (about 50 d), dropped sharply thereafter and reached the minimum around 100 d, then remained relatively stable with little fluctuation and, finally, rose slowly. There were significant or highly significant correlations between soluble sugar contents and developmental stages. These results may provide scientific basis for sweetpotato breeding and industrialization.
