摘  要:研究了高纯铝竹节晶界的弛豫行为。首次发现竹节晶界的弛豫强度与温度密切相关,它随着温度降低而显著减小,在约0.4Tm(Tm是熔点绝对温度)处变为零。这反映晶界结构在中温处出现局域无序化。本文结果与晶界发生局域无序现象的原子模拟图象一致。Internal friction and micro-creep measurements were performed withhigh-purity Al bamboo-crystal specimens. The relaxation strength was found to de-crease with the decrease of the temperature of measurement and became zero at about0.4T_m (T_m being melting temperature). This reflects the occurrence of local disorder-ing in the bamboo boundary region at this temperature. This result conformsto the picture of grain boundary disordering constructed by atomic simulationstudies.
