补肾益骨方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药补肾益骨方对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的治疗作用。方法运用切除大鼠卵巢方法建立去卵巢骨质疏松症模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、倍美力组、补肾益骨方组。采用双能X线骨密度测定法检测各组实验鼠骨密度（BMD）、骨矿含量（BMC）;放射免疫分析法和ELISA法等检测各组实验鼠血清雌二醇（E2）、骨钙素（BGP）、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b（TRACP5b）和以及尿脱氧吡啶啉（Dpd）。结果补肾益骨方可明显升高BMD、BMC,提高血清E2及BGP水平,降低TRACP5b和Dpd含量。结论补肾益骨方通过调节机体相关内分泌功能,抑制骨吸收,降低骨的转换率,减少骨量丢失,增加骨密度,对骨质疏松症有防治作用。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Yigu recipe on treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods The model of osteoporosis was established by ovariectomy in female rats, and then they were divided into four groups： the test group which was given Bushen Yigu Decoction, the conjugated estrogens group, the model control group and the blank control group. Bone mineral density（BMD）, Bone mineral content （BMC） and the level of serumestradiol, bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b and deoxypyridinoline were measured in all groups before and after treatment. Resets The BMD and BMC were higher in the Bushen Yigu Decoction group. And the Bushen Yigu Decoction can also improve the level of estradiol and BGP at the same time lower the level of TRACP5b and deoxypyridinoline. Conclusion The Bushen Yigu Decoction is effective for treatment on osteoporosis induced by ovarieetomy, and the mechanism maybe include endocrine-regulation, inhibition of bone absorption, lowering the rate of bone turnover, decreasing the loss of bone and enhancing the bone density etc.
