骶管注射配合手法复位治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨骶管注射配合手法复位对急性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将500例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为骶管注射组250例和常规治疗组250例,疗程3~4周,治疗前及治疗后1 d、1周及疗程结束后应用目测类比评分法（VAS）对疼痛进行评估,对症状、体征进行临床评定。结果常规组和骶管注射组治疗前VAS评分分别为（8.6±1.4）和（8.8±1.4）分,常规治疗后第1日及第1周VAS评分常规组分别为（8.2±0.6）和（5.3±0.9）分,骶管注射组分别为（5.5±0.9）和（2.7±1.1）分,两组止痛效果比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论骶管注射配合手法复位对腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of sacral canal injection and manual reduction on acute lumbar disc herniation. Methods 500 patients diagnosed as acute lumbar disc herniation were equivalent divided into the sacral canal injection group （n=250） and the traditional treatment group （n= 250）. The clinical symptoms and signs as well as the scores of VAS were assessed before and on the second day, one week and 3-4 weeks after the treatment. Results Before treatment, the VAS score were （8.6 ± 1.4） and （8. 8±1. 4） points in the traditional treatment group and the sacral canal injection group respectively, and, at 1 day and 1 week after treatment, it was （8.2±0.6）and（5.3±0.9）points in the traditional treatment group, and （5. 5 ± 0. 9） and （2. 7 ±1. 1） points in the sacral canal injection group respectively. There was significant difference in analgesic effects between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sacral canal injection combining with manual reduction is an effective therapeutic option for treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
