摘　　要：从粗钢、钢材、能耗、经营、建设、兼并重组等方面剖析了2008年我国钢铁行业总体运行情况,分析了从2008年下半年起我国钢铁业面临的严峻形势。对我国2009年的钢铁运行进行了初步研究和判断,并提出了贯彻落实《钢铁产业调整振兴规划》,以解决行业目前面临的困难。In this paper, steel, steel product, fuel economy, management, construction, mergers and acquisitions and other aspects of China＇s iron ＆ steel industry in 2008 are introduced in overall. The grim situation of China＇s iron and steel industry since the second half of 2008 is analyzed too. China＇s steel operation in 2009 is preliminarily studied. “The Adjustment and Revitalization Plan of the Iron ＆ Steel Industry” is must to be implemented to address the difficulties currently facing.
