Mental health status of urban junior middle school students in Taiyuan City

摘　　要：目的针对太原市城市中学初中学生心理健康状况进行调查与评定。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对859名城市中学初中学生进行问卷调查。结果太原市城市中学初中学生心理健康水平不及成年人,明显有心理问题的检出率为15.0%,女生心理健康状况低于男生,高年级女生心理健康状况低于低年级。结论应关注初中学生心理健康,针对不同群体采取相应措施,改善其心理健康状况。Objective To understand the status of the mental health of the urban junior middle school students in Taiyuan City. Methods A total of 859 urban junior middle school students were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90. Results The mental health status of the urban junior middle sch^l students was worse than that of normal adults. The incidence of the evident mental problems was 15.0%. The mental health status of the female students was worse than that of the male students, and the mental health status of the female students in higher grades was worse than that of those in lower grades. Conclusions We should pay more attention to the mental health of junior middle school students, and take appropriate measures to the different kinds of groups.
