佛山市某区农村学校饮水与环境卫生现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解佛山市农村学校饮水与环境卫生设施现状,为改善农村学校卫生水平提供依据。方法按《广东省农村学校水与环境卫生现状调查方案》开展调查。结果项目区76.5%农村学校拥有完整的水和环境卫生设施;10所调查样本学校100%设置垃圾收集设施及使用卫生厕所;个别边远地区农村小学仍饮用井水或泉水,洗手设施不足;监测样本学校水样10份,合格率40%;学生蛔虫、钩虫、肝吸虫、蛲虫四大寄生虫虫卵镜检阳性率15.7%,其中,蛔虫感染率为6.7%,肝吸虫感染率为7.3%,中学生肝吸虫感染率明显高于小学生。结论农村学校饮用水合格率偏低;边远地区农村学校饮水与环境卫生设施建设相对滞后;肝吸虫是佛山市农村学校学生肠道寄生虫病主要虫种。Objective To understand the situation about water and environmental hygienic facilities of rural schools in Foshan City so as to provide the evidence for rural school hygiene work. Methods An investigation was carried out according to The Water and Environmental Hygienic Facilities of Rural Schools Programme of Guangdong Province. Results A total of 76.5 % of rural schools had complete water and environmental hygienic facilities. Among the 10 surveyed school samples, 100% of them had garbage collection facilities and sanitary toilets. Individual rural primary schools in remote areas, without inadequate hand-washing facilities, still used well or spring water. Among those 10 school samples, the eligible rate of monitoring water was 40 %. The positive rate of four parasites （roundworm, hookworm, liver fluke or pinworm） in students was 15.7%, of which Ascaris lnmbricoides infection rate was 6.7% and Clonorchis sinensis infection rate was 7.3 %. Moreover, Clonorchis sinensis infection rate was significantly higher in students of secondary schools than in pupils of primary schools. Conclusions The eligible rate of supplying water of rural schools is on a low level. The supplying water and hygienic facilities of rural schools in remote areas lag behind. Clonorchis sinensis is the main intestinal parasite in students of rural schools in Foshan City.
