摘　　要：我国高校公共管理类专业行政法教学一直袭用法学专业教学模式,本文对此提出了不同的意见。笔者认为,与法学专业培养"法律工作者"的目标不同,公共管理专业的着眼点是培养"公共管理者",因此,公共管理专业人才培养中的行政法教学应当在教学目标、教学内容和教学方法等方面突出自身的特点。The teaching of administrative law in public administration majors has long employed the teaching mode of Law majors in China＇s colleges and universities. This paper puts forward different views that different from the objective of cultivating ＂legal worker＂ in law majors, the objective of public administration major is to cultivate ＂public administer＂. Therefore,the teaching of administrative law in cultivating public administration talents should have its own features in teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods.
