普通高校体育课教学改革的探讨

摘　　要：采用文献资料法,对我国普通高校体育课教学改革的历程及目前高校体育教学存在的问题和不足,进行了分析探讨。在理性分析和思考的基础上,提出了一些切实可行的改革方法和对策。This paper uses literature method to analyze the history of teaching reform of college physical education as well as problems and deficiencies in college physical education. Based on the reasonable analysis, this paper puts forward some feasible ways and countermeasures on the teaching reform of college physical education.
