摘 要:在铁基合金碳弧堆焊过程中加入直流横向磁场,磁场通过与电弧和熔池之间的电磁作用,细化堆焊层金属的组织,改善硬质相的形态及分布。焊后通过对试样进行硬度、磨损试验以及显微组织分析,研究磁场强度对堆焊层金属的硬度和耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明,施加磁场比未施加磁场的堆焊层硬度高,耐磨性好;磁场电流为4A时,堆焊层的性能最佳。In order to refine the structure of deposited metal and control the morphology and distribution of hard phase in surfacing layer,DC transverse magnetic field was applied to the carbon arc surfacing of Cr-B-Ni-V iron based alloy system.The influence of magnetic intensity on hardness and wearing resistance was studied by testing the hardness,wear resistance and analyzing the microstructures of the surfacing layer. The results show that the surfacing layer with magnetic field control has higher hardness and better wearing resistance than the surfacing deposit without magnetic field;the properties of surfacing layer are optimal when magnetic field current is 4 A.
