摘  要:用Auger谱仪研究了奥氏体化温度对4330M钢晶界上杂质偏聚的影响,并对偏聚量进行了定量计算。结果表明:奥氏体化温度不同,杂质偏聚量也不同。The effect of austenitizing temperature on segregation of impurities along grain boundaries in 4330M steel has been examined by AES. The impurities segregation was computed quantitatively. Sulphur is revealed to segregate along austenite grain boundaries when steel quenched at 870 or 1000℃. No segregation will occur at quenching temperature up to 1100 or 1200℃. However, the segregation becomes quite serious under stepped quenching from 1200 to 870℃. The limitation of the Maclean expression for equilibrium segregation was discussed.
