滚针凸度量对提高十字传动轴寿命的试验研究

摘  要:十字万向传动轴的节叉轴承的滚针凸度量是决定滚针与滚道之间压力分布的重要因素,影响传动轴的性能和寿命。为了提高现有汽车产品十字传动轴的使用寿命,直接以产品中节叉轴承为研究对象,对不同凸度量的滚针进行疲劳寿命试验研究。结果表明,试验与理论分析有较好的一致性,在一定的工况条件下,滚针的凸度量有一个较为合理的取值范围,在这个范围内,滚针与滚道之间的接触压力不会出现"边缘效应",也不会出现压力集中,因而提高了传动轴的疲劳寿命。The crown drop of a needle roller decides the pressure distribution between roller and raceway, capability and life of the universal driveshaft of the cross. It had been made that the experiment for research on fatigue life of cross univesal driveshaft by existing the needle rollers of the cross axle bearing with different crown drop. It is shown that experimental and the theoretical analyses have a better consistency and that there is reasonable value under certain working condition. It is possible to profile the needle rollers axially until the longitudinal pressure distribution is neither any "edge effects" nor high--pressure concentration at the center part of contacts, As a result the fatigue life of the univesal driveshaft is improved.
