摘  要:采用热分析法测试了变形前后铜锌铝合金在加热过程中有序β′相向无序β相转变的相变温度和相变时间,计算了相变激活能,探讨了变形对合金有序β′相向无序β相转变的影响。结果表明:变形能降低该合金有序β′相向无序β相转变的相变温度和相变激活能,并缩短相变时间。The phase transformation temperature and time of CuZnAt alloy from ordered β' phase to disordered β phase during heating process was tested by DSC before and after deformation. The transformation activation energy was calculated and the effect of deformation on the phase transformation was discussed. The results show that deformation could decrease the phase transformation temperature and activation energy from ordered β' phase to disordered β phase of CuZnAI alloy, and shorten the stine of the phase transformation.
