摘　　要：酪丝亮肽和酪丝缬肽是新型小分子多肽类抗癌制剂。研究表明,酪丝亮肽具有显著抗肝癌作用,酪丝缬肽具有显著抑制非小细胞肺癌等多种肿瘤作用。酪丝亮肽Ⅱ期临床试验已进展至中期,酪丝缬肽即将进入Ⅱ期临床研究,初步临床试验结果已提示了2药的抗癌疗效。本文综述了2药的抗癌药效学作用、机制及其相关临床研究进展。Tyroserleutide and tyroservahide are two new types of small molecular anti-cancer agents. The existing researches indicated that tyroserleutide could significantly inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma. In addition to the similar pharmacodynamic action to tyroserleutide, tyroservaltide has the remarkable effects against lung cancer. Up to now, the multi-center clinical trial is being performed. This paper reviewed the research course, pharmacodynamics and mechanisms of action of tyroserleutide and tyroservahide.
