奥美拉唑肠溶片在中国朝鲜族和汉族健康人体内的药动学比较

摘　　要：目的研究奥美拉唑肠溶片在中国朝鲜族和汉族健康人体内的药动学。方法10名朝鲜族和10名汉族健康受试者,口服奥美拉唑肠溶片40mg,用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中奥美拉唑浓度,DAS ver2.0.1软件计算药动学参数。结果奥美拉唑肠溶片在朝鲜族和汉族受试者的主要药动学参数:ρmax分别为(828±s539)和(760±581)μg·L-1;tmax分别为(3.5±1.5)和(2.7±0.8)h;t1/2分别为(1.3±0.8)、(1.6±1.3)h;AUC0～12分别为(2635±2104)和(1438±798)μg·h·L-1;AUC0～∞分别为(2816±2419)和(1470±769)μg·h·L-1。结论朝鲜族与汉族受试者单剂量口服奥美拉唑肠溶片的药动学参数无统计学差异。AIM To investigate and compare the pharmacokinetics of omeprazole in Chinese Korean and Han healthy volunteers after oral administration. METHODS Ten Chinese Korean and 10 Han healthy volunteers were given a single oral dose of omeprazole tablet 40 mg. The plasma concentration of omeprazole were determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with DAS ver 2.0.1 software. RESULTS The main pharmacokinetic parameters of omeprazole in Chinese Korean and Han were as follow： pmax were （828 ± 539） and （760 ± 581） mg·L^-1, tmax were （3.5 ± 1.5） and （2.7 ± 0.8） h, t1/2 were （1.3 ± 0.8） and （1.6 ± 1.3） h, AUC0-12 were （2 635 ± 2 104） and （1 438 ± 798） mg·h·L^-1, AUC0-∞ were （2 816 ± 2 419） and （1 470 ± 769） rag-h. L-l, respectively. CONCLUSION There is no significant difference in the pharmacokinetie parameters between Chinese Korean and Han healthy volunteers after a single dose of 40 mg omeprazole tablet oral administration.
