破石珠化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的：对破石珠化学成分进行研究。方法：用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析分离，经化学反应和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果：分离并鉴定了３个化合，分别为６′Ｏ苯甲酰基胡萝卜甙（Ⅰ），胡萝卜甙（Ⅱ）和β谷甾醇（Ⅲ）。结论：均为首次从该植物中分离得到，其中Ⅰ为首次从天然物中获得的新化合物。Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum. Method: Compounds were separated by rechromatography on silica gel from the chloroform solubles of its ethanol extracts, and the structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Result: Three compounds were isolated and elucidated as 6′Obenzoyldaucosterol, daucosterol and βsitosterol.Conclusion: All the three compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, of which 6′Obenzoyldaucosterol is a new natural product.
