香菖蒲净油化学成分的研究

摘　　要：从贵州的香菖蒲（AcorusillicioidsF．N.WeietY.K.Lee）叶、根常规法制各净油，用毛细管色谱／质谱联用方法进行了化学成分分析，鉴定了36个化合物，占净油的99．08％（叶）、99．17％（根）．主要芳香成分为草蒿脑（叶含量为92．43％、根含量为91．64％）．具开发利用价值．The absolute oil was got from the roots and leaves of A. illiciothe F. N. Wei et Y.K Lee by conunon extracting method. Thirty six chemical compositions have been identified with GC and GC/MS.They take the place 99.08% (for leaves) and 99. 17% (for roots) in the Whole. The main constituCht is estrgole and it has come up to 92.43% (for leaves) and 91 .64% (for roots), and can be developed.
