摘  要:目的:观察苦参素对实验性兔心房颤动左房纤维化心肌细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达的影响,探讨其抗心肌纤维化的作用机制。方法:通过建立肺静脉源性房颤心肌纤维化动物模型,同时用苦参素进行防治,观察血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)水平及心肌组织病理学变化,用免疫组织化学方法观察心肌组织中ICAM-1的表达。结果:苦参素防治组血清CRP、HA、LN水平显著低于模型组(P<0.05),心肌组织纤维化程度及炎症活动度明显降低,心肌组织ICAM-1表达水平下降。结论:苦参素可降低心肌组织ICAM-1的表达水平,减轻心脏炎症活动度,可能与其抗心肌纤维化作用相关。Objective To study the effects of oxymatrine on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in experimental atrial fibrosis in rabbits with atrial fibrillation (AF) and to explore the mechanism of antimyocardial fibrosis of oxymatrine. Methods Experimental myocardial fibrosis of rabbits with AF was built and treated by oxymatrine simultaneously. Serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), hyaluronate (HA), and laminin (LN) were measured, myocardial pathological changes was observed, and the expression of ICAM-1 in myocardial tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results As compared with rabbits without oxymatrine treatment, serum levels of CRP, HA, and LN, the degrees of inflammatory activity and fibrogenesis, and the expression of ICAM-1 were decreased significantly in the oxymatrine-treated rabbits (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Down-regulation of the expression of ICAM-1 and myocardial inflammatory activity may be involved in the anti-fibrogenesis mechanisms of oxymatrine.
