摘  要:目的:探讨不育男性精浆果糖含量与精子密度、活力及形态的关系。方法:分析260例不育男性患者(不育组)、90例正常生育后男性(生育组)的精液样本,采用计算机辅助精液分析进行精子密度、活力参数检测,采用精子形态检测系统下人工修正方法进行精子形态分析,精浆果糖含量采用分光光度比色法测定。结果:不育组精浆果糖含量显著低于生育组(P<0.01);精浆果糖含量异常组精子密度显著高于果糖含量正常组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而精子活力、精子形态与果糖含量正常组相比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);精浆果糖与精子密度有显著负相关性(r=-0.17,P<0.01),而精子活力、精子形态与精浆果糖含量之间无显著相关性。结论:精浆果糖含量与精子密度关系密切,但与精子活力和形态没有显著关系。Objective To explore the relationship between seminal plasma fructose concentration and sperm density, motility, and morphology in male patients with infertility. Methods Sperm density and motility in semen samples which were obtained from 260 male patients with infertility (infertility group) and 90 male controls (fertile group) were analyzed by computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA), the sperm morphology was analyzed by semiautomatic sperm morphology analyzer, and the seminal plasma fructose concentration was measured by spectrophotometer. Results Seminal plasma fructose concentration in infertile group was significantly lower than that in fertile group (P 〈 0.0 1 ). Sperm density in abnormal fructose group was significantly higher than that in normal fructose group (P 〈 0.05). There were no differences in sperm motility and morphology between abnormal and normal fructose group (P 〉 0.05). A significant negative correlation was observed between seminal plasma fructose concentration and sperm density (r = -0.17, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Seminal plasma fructose concentration is apparently related to sperm density in patients with infertility, but is not related to sperm motility and morphology.
