盐酸清藤碱对家兔心脏收缩间期的影响

摘　　要：家兔静脉注射盐酸清藤碱５、１０、２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，给药前和给药后６ｈ内同步记录心电图、心音图、颈动脉搏动图，测定ＬＶＥＴ、ＱＳ２、ＰＥＰ三项心脏收缩间期指标及心率。结果提示：盐酸清藤碱５ｍｇ／ｋｇ使ＬＶＥＴ、ＱＳ２的最大延长率分别为１０．９％、６．８％，作用持续时间分别为１．０、２．０ｈ；１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ使ＬＶＥＴ、ＱＳ２、ＰＥＰ的最大延长率分别为１９．９％、１６．７％、１０．７％，持续时间分别为３．７５、１．７５、０．７５ｈ；２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ使三项指标的最大延长率分别为３１．７％、２７．４％、２２．３％，持续时间分别为５．７５、３．７５、１．７５ｈ。在５～２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的剂量范围内，药物对心脏收缩间期的延长作用呈剂量依赖关系，作用持续时间亦随剂量增加而延长。ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ在各剂量组给药前后未见明显差别。5,10,20mg/kg of sinomenine hydrochloride(SIN) were injected intravenously to rabbits. The electrocardiogram,phonocardiogram and carotidarteriogram before and after the administration within 6 hours were recorded synchronously and LVET,QS2,PEP and HR were measured.The results showed that 5mg/kg of SIN prolonged maximally Lvet,QS2 by 10.9%,6.8% respectively with the effect lasting for 1.0h and 2.0h respectively;10mg/kg　of SIN prolonged maximally LVET,QS2 by　19.9%,16.7% and 10.7% respectively with the effect lasting for 3.75,1.75　and 0.75 respectively while 20mg/kg,31.7%,27.4% and 22.3% lasting for 5.75,3.75 and 1.75 respectively.It proved a dose-dependent relationship on the prolonged effect of SIN on STI and the effect time would last longer with the increase of the dosage Yange of 5～20mg/kg and no significant difference of PEP/LVET in every dose group was noted both.
