摘  要:目的:探讨库页红景天抗疲劳作用的机理。方法:分别以库页红景天干粉和其浸出液喂饲小鼠,观察库页红景天对小鼠血乳酸浓度、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力、肝糖原、肌糖原含量的影响。结果:实验40d时实验组小鼠血清LDH活力、肝糖原、肌糖原含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);小鼠游泳后20min、40min血乳酸浓度明显低于对照组,也低于本组实验前的水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:库页红景天抗疲劳作用与其增强血清LDH活力,降低血乳酸含量,增加肝糖原、肌糖原的贮备有关。Objective: To investigate possible mechanism of antifatigue effect of Rhodiola Sachalinesis A. Bor.Methods:The mice were divided at random in to the experimetal and the control groups. The experimenhtal group were divided into the experimental group Ⅰ,which were fed with dry powder of Rhodiola Sachalinesis, and experimental group Ⅱ,which were fed with extract juice of the herb. The concentrations of blood lactic acid,hepatic and muscular glycogen, and the activity of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were measured on the 40th day after administration of the herb. Results:The three parameters of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<005)The further observations showed that the concentrations of blood lactic acid of experimental group at 20 min and at 40 min after swimming were much lower than that before swimming, and were also higher that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01)[WT5”HZ〗.Conclusions:The increase in activity of LDH, rise in hapatic and muscular glycogen store, and decrease in lactic acid of the blood may contribute to the antifatigue effect of Rhodiola Sachalinesis A. Bor.
