摘 要:中国旅游院系普遍重视实训教学。全面质量管理、ISO理论、数学模型法等理论和方法,在旅游专业实训教学质量管理中得到广泛应用,但还存在着与课程对接不紧密、保障体系和管理队伍不健全、管理理念和管理方式不科学等问题。科学界定实训教学的课程属性、加强保障体系和管理队伍建设、建立实训教学质量指标体系、转变实训教学质量管理理念、改进管理方式,是提升我国旅游专业实训教学质量管理水平的基本办法。The tourism colleges and departments attach much importance to the practical teaching. TQM, ISO theory and mathematical model have been widely applied in the quality control of the tourism practical teaching. However, the incoherence of the class, the imperfection in the system of security and management team, the unscientific ways in the management concept and management style also exist in the practical teaching. To define the teaching attribute scientifically, enhance the security system and the construction of management team, set up the index system of the practical teaching quality, as well as adapt the management styles, all the issues mentioned are the basic methods in raising the teaching quality management level of national tourism major.
