不同区域产业结构投融资环境的影响与评价指标体系构建

摘　　要：运用层次分析法构建的我国区域产业结构调整的投融资环境评价指标体系,包括产业结构优化度与合理度的7个二级指标和29个三级指标。一般来说,产业结构优化度与合理度高的省份和地区其投融资的潜力也大,其投融资环境比较优越。当然投融资环境的优劣不单纯是由产业结构调整的程度来决定的,还与其他因素有关。The investment and financing evaluation system of regional industrial structure adjustment includes 7 secondary indexes and 29 three-grade indexes of optimized rate and reasonable degree of industrial structure. The provinces and areas which have a higher level of optimized rate and reasonable degree have a high level of investment and financing. The investment and financing is not simply determined by the degree of industrial structure adjustment, it also has relationship with other factors.
