摘  要:提出了一个新的下丘脑-垂体-睾丸轴激素分泌的非线性动力学模型.该模型修改了以往模型中的动力学特征参量,考虑了催乳素(prolactin,PRL)等激素对性腺系统的影响以及与体内相关激素的相互作用,得到了系统内各激素浓度的振荡解与实验相符,能较好地说明该系统中性腺激素睾酮的脉冲分泌现象.A new non-linear dynamics model theory about the hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular hormone axis is proposed. In this model, it not only modified the characteristic dynamics parameters, but also took into account the influence of prolactin (PRL) on Gonadal system and the interaction with other hormones in the body. Moreover,according to the theory,were calculated the oscillation concentrations of the various systematic hormones were calculated, which were in accordance with the experimental results. Meanwhile, pulse secretion of the sex hormone testosterone can be better explained as well.
