复方星虫口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：经对小鼠免疫功能实验表明，复方星虫口服液能使小鼠免疫器官增重，并提高胸腺指数与脾指数，尤以胸腺指数的提高更为显著；复方星虫口服液还能显著提高小鼠血清溶血素水平，增强ＳＲＢＣ诱发的迟发超敏反应。结果提示：复方星虫口服液对小鼠的体液免疫与细胞免疫功能均有较强的促进作用。The effect of Fufangsingchong Koufuye(Oral Liquid of Compound Esculenta) to the immunologic function of mice was observed. It was found that, after application, the weight of the immunologic organs increased, and the indices of thymus and spleen rose. Moreover, the liquid could obviously rise the level of serum hemolysin and enhance the delayed hypersensitivity induced by SRBC. The result indicates that the liquid has the effect for improving both humoral immunity and cellular immunity.
