摘 要:[目的]观察不同深度、不同时间氦氧饱和暴露处理小鼠血清皮质酮及白介素-2(IL-2)含量的变化,探讨饱和潜水环境对免疫功能影响的规律和可能机制。[方法]将30只6~8周龄的昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为5组,分别为对照组,100m氦氧饱和暴露24h组、72h组和400m氦氧饱和暴露24h组、72h组。以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各组小鼠血清皮质酮及IL-2的含量。[结果]100m氦氧混合气暴露24h及72h后小鼠血清皮质酮含量均较对照组升高(P<0.05),而IL-2含量未见明显变化;400m氦氧饱和暴露24h及72h后小鼠血清皮质酮含量明显升高(P<0.01),IL-2含量明显降低(P<0.01),两种深度下暴露72h与24h组之间的皮质酮及IL-2含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]饱和潜水环境可以引起机体的应激反应,它可能是大深度饱和环境致机体免疫功能抑制的一个重要因素。[ Objective ] To explore the effect of saturation diving on eortieosterone and interleukin 2 in mice and to approach the possible mechanisms of these changes. [ Methods ] 30 Kunming-raced mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: the control group and simulated saturation diving exposure of 100m 24h, loom 72h, 400m 24h and 400m 72groups, 6mice for each group. The serum eortieosterone and interleukin 2 were assayed by ELISA. [ Results ] There was a tendency of increase of eorticosterone after saturation exposure of loom 24h and loom 72h( P〈0.05 ), while the interleukin 2 was not changed signifieantly.The serum cortieosterone was increased significantly (P 〈 0.01 )after saturation exposure of 400 m 24 h and 400m 72h, while the serum interleukin 2 was deereased significantly( P〈0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] The saturation diving exposure can induce stress reaction. Stress of saturation diving environment probably plays an important role during the process of immune function suppression.
