摘　　要：为了利用抗Ｂ７ｍＡｂ深入研究Ｂ７分子的作用，我们用融合蛋白Ｂ７Ｉｇ免疫小鼠，用细胞ＥＬＩＳＡ及间接膜免疫荧光法进行筛选，得到了两株抗Ｂ７ｍＡｂ３Ａ２和３Ｂ６克隆，其Ｉｇ类别分别属于ＩｇＭ和ＩｇＧ２ａ型。Many experiments had shown that B7 on APC and its ligand CD28 on T cells act as important costimulators during T cell activation. In order to study the role of B7 in detail, anti B7 mAb was produced, using B7Ig as immunogen. Cell ELISA and indirect cell influorescence staining were used for screening. Two clones named 3A2 and 3B6, belonging to IgM and IgG2a isotypes respectively, were finally obtained. The proliferation assay showed that the clone 3A2 can apparently inhibit T cell proliferation stimulated by anti CD3 and costimulated by B7.
