摘 要:目的:以磁性微球作为载体材料,使亲和分离过程更为简便迅速,并降低成本。方法与结果:使用自制的磁性微球偶联伴刀豆蛋白A(ConA)用于重组人血小板生成素(rhTPO)的亲和富集;偶联抗体用于甲状腺素(T4)的放射免疫测定和水样中志贺菌的浓集和聚合酶链反应(PCR)鉴定的前处理,效果也均较好。Objective: Affinity separation can play an important role in the research on life sciences because of its high selectivity and efficiency. Affinity separation with magnetic microspheres as the matrix can be simpler and faster and even cheaper in comparison with that with conventional matrix. Methods and Results: Magnetic microspheres coupled with ConA, anti T 4 antibody and anti Shigella shigae antibody were used successfully in rhTPO purification, T 4 RIA and rapid detection of Sh. shigae respectively. Conclusion: Experiments with magnetic affinity separation system provide a simple, efficient and inexpensive method for the researches described above.
