摘  要:目的观察安氟烷和异氟烷(吸入麻醉药)的遗忘作用及其与γ-氨基丁酸A(GABAA)受体的关系。方法建立小鼠腹腔注射安氟烷和异氟烷遗忘模型后,用跳台和避暗实验,观察一叶秋碱(选择性GABAA受体阻断剂)对小鼠跳台实验跳下潜伏期和避暗实验步入潜伏期及错误次数的影响。结果安氟烷和异氟烷均能剂量依赖性地缩短跳下和步入潜伏期,增加跳下和步入的错误次数;一叶秋碱可以延长使用安氟烷和异氟烷后的跳下和步入潜伏期,减少错误次数,改善上述安氟烷和异氟烷对学习记忆功能的影响。结论GABAA受体介导了安氟烷和异氟烷的遗忘作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between gamma - aminobutyric acid type A( GABAA ) receptor and the amnesia induced by enflurane and isoflurane in mice. Methods Animal models were established by intraperitoneal injection of enflurane (0. 4 mL.kg^-1) and isoflurane (0. 2 mL.kg^-1 ) before giving different doses of securinine, selective antagonist of GABAA receptor. Then step down latency, error times in step down test and step through latency and error times in step through test were observed and recorded. Results Compared with control group, enflurane and isoflurane decreased step down latency and step through latency and increased the error times in both step down test and step through test in a dose-dependent manner. Securinine improved the effects of enflurane and isoflurane on learning and memory. Conclusion The current study provides the evidence that gamma- aminobutyric acid type A receptor is involved in enflurane and isoflurane induced amnesia.
