摘　　要：目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定天麻头风灵胶囊中梓醇和天麻素的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(2∶98,v/v);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长210nm。结果:梓醇和天麻素的浓度分别为4.60～46.0μg·mL-1和18.6～186μg·mL-1,相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998;平均回收率(n=9)分别为101.4%和101.0%。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于天麻头风灵胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To develop an RP - HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of catalpol and gastrodin in Tianma Toufengling capsules. Methods： The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Diamonsil C18 （200 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（2：98 ,v/v）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results：The calibration curve was linear within the range of 4.60 - 46.0 μg · mL^-1（ r = 0. 9997 ） for catalpol and 18.6 - 186 μg · mL^-1（ r =0. 9998） for gastrodin,respectively. The recoveries（ n = 9 ） of catalpol and gastrodin were 101.4% and 101.0% ,respectively. Conclusions：The method is accurate, sensitive and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Tianma Toufengling capsules.
