摘　　要：目的论述静脉药物集中配制管理的建立与实施。方法静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)是将原来分散在医院各病区自行配置的静脉滴注药物转为在药学人员监护下集中配置、混合、检查和分发的管理新机构。结果部分解决了不合理用药现象,有利于保障用药安全,促进了医院药学由单纯供应保障型向技术服务型的转变。结论设立PIVAS是医院药学发展和管理的一个重要组成部分。Objective Focus on the establishment and implementation of the management of intravenous drug admixture. Methods Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service （PIVAS） is a new agency which is under the control of pharmacists to concentrate, admixture, check up and distribute the intravenous drugs, compared to the former model of intravenous drugs admixture. Results It has solved the problems of unreasonable drug use, ensured the safety of intravenous drugs use and it has turned the model of the hospital pharmacy from ＂simply providing＂ to ＂ pharmaceutical care＂. It has embodied our notion of ＂Just for the patients＂. Conclusi^s PIVAS is an important part of the development and management in hospital phamacy.
