摘　　要：目的了解我院围手术期预防感染抗菌药物使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用和科学管理提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查分析方法,抽取我院2007年Ⅱ季度围手术期预防感染病历450份,根据卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》、药品说明书及文献资料,对有关数据进行评估分析。结果与结论我院围手术期预防感染抗菌药物应用存在较多问题,需加强规范管理。Objective Based on understanding use of antibacterial drugs for the inpatlents to prevent infection in perioperative period, the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and the basis for the scientific management are provided. Methods A retrospective analysis was used. The statistics concerned on the 450 patients randomly selected from the inpatients using the antimicrobial drugs in the second quarter in 2007 were assessed, according to ＂Guiding principles of clinical use of antibacterial drugs＂, drugs manuals and documentary materials. Results and Conclusions In our hospital, there are considerable problems for antibacterial drugs use to prevent infection in perioperative period. Further standardizing and enhancing management are needed.
