烷化剂、抗代谢肿瘤药化疗引起的恶心、呕吐的治疗对策

摘　　要：目的烷化剂和抗代谢药物主要用于肿瘤的化疗治疗。探讨其引起的恶心、呕吐的治疗对策。方法分析烷化剂和抗代谢药物化疗引起的恶心、呕吐的原因,从西医、中医以及食疗等其他方面寻找治疗方法和药物。结果通过止吐药物阻断呕吐反射可缓解和减轻化疗药物引起的恶心、呕吐反应;改变化疗药物给药时间,也可有效缓解恶心、呕吐等消化道不良反应。结论中药食疗法因材料易得、方法简便、价格低廉,在临床或家庭护理治疗中能够推广使用。Objective The alkylating agent and anti-metabolism tumor drug mainly were used for the treatment of chemotherapy, then treatment countermeasure of nausea and vomit caused by them were discussed. Methods The reasons of nausea and vomit caused by alkylating agent and the anti-metabolism drug were analyzed. From the doctor practicing western medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine as well as the nutritional therapy and so on, the method of treatment and the medicine were looked for. Results The vomit reflection was blocked through the antiemetic to be possible to alleviate and to reduce nausea and vomit caused by the chemotherapy drug. The change of using time of chemotherapy medicine also may effectively alleviate nausea and vomit. Conclusions Because the material is easy to get, the method is easy and the price is inexpensive, the Chinese nutritional therapy can promote the use in clinical or the family nursing treatment.
