摘　　要：目的分析我院眼科外用药的应用构成及趋势,为研发、生产、药剂制备、使用等提供参考。方法根据医院信息系统对我院2006-2007年门诊出库的眼科外用药按照品种、分类、消耗量和销售金额等指标进行统计、分析。结果我院眼科外用药的应用品种繁多,抗干眼视疲劳类药品用量逐年增加,进口品种所占比例与金额过大。结论应进一步加大国有品种的市场占有率,并发挥我院自制制剂的优势。Objective to investigate the trend of the application of ophthalmic preparation according to pharmacological classes and generic names, providing reference for R＆D, production and usage in the area of ophthalmic preparation. Methods The data of consume of ophthalmic preparation in outpatient pharmacy in 2006 and 2007 was acquired from hospital information system, the pharmacological classes and the variety of ophthalmic preparation were ranked by the number consumed and the expenditure involved. Results the pharmacological classes of ophthalmic preparation prescribed in our hospital were complex, while there is increased need for anti-dry eye and anti-asthenopia, in addition, expenditure in the products made in foreign countries was more bigger than in national products. Conclusions strategies should be taken to increase the market share of national products, for example, taking advantage of hospital preparation.
