摘  要:目的:检测体检用真空采血管中是否带菌以及其带菌情况。方法:对7个批号真空采血管进行细菌培养后,提取染色体,利用16 s rRNA细菌通用引物进行PCR扩增和序列分析。结果:检测的采血管中有5个批号都检出带菌,培养阳性率平均为32.3%,所带细菌大多为对营养条件要求比较低的细菌,如副球菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、葡萄球菌、假单胞菌等。结论:体检用真空采血管普遍带菌,不能用于与细菌有关的各种检测,需要使用真空采血管时必须使用带有无菌标志的专用采血管。Objective :To assess the germ -carrying condition of the vacuum blood tubes used in sample collection. Methods: We performed germ - culture with vacuum blood tubes of 7 different batch number and abstract that of genome. The 16S rRNA gene sequence was amplified with universal primers and the amplified products were then sequenced. ResultS:Among the 7 batch number of vacuum tubes examined, bacteria were detected from vacuum blood tubes of 5 batch numbers, with an average positive rate of 32. 3%, most of which were low -trophic bacteria. Conclusion:These data suggest that vacuum blood tubes used in physical examination is germy in general ,so tests relating to bacteria must use special blood tubes marked with aseptic.
