五加皮酒抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨五加皮酒的抗疲劳作用。方法:经口连续给予不同剂量的五加皮酒(4.17、8.33和25.00 m l/kg)30 d后分别进行小鼠负重游泳试验、血清尿素氮测定、肝糖原测定及血乳酸测定。结果:与对照组相比,高剂量组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.001),使运动时产生的血清尿素氮含量明显降低(P<0.05),使小鼠肝糖原含量明显增加(P<0.05),使小鼠运动后血乳酸的升高值明显降低(P<0.01),且血乳酸曲线下面积减小(P<0.01)。结论:五加皮酒具有抗疲劳作用。Objective：To explore the anti -fatigue activity of acanthopanax gracilistylus wine. Methods：Mice were treated orally with the doses （4. 17, 8. 33, 25.00 ml/kg）of acanthopanax gracilistylus for 30 days continuously. Mice swimming with loads examination were made and the level of serum urea nitrogen, liver glycogen and blood lactic acid were observed. Results：The time of swimming with loads for mice in the dose of 25.00 ml/kg was longer than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 001 ）, serum urea nitrogen production in action decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the content of liver glycogen increased significantly while comparing to the control group （P 〈0.05）, the increase of blood lactic acid after swimming was lesser （P 〈0. 01 ）, and the area of blood lactic acid under the curve decreased significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Acanthopanax gracilistylus wine has an effect on anti -fatigue activity.
