摘 要:采用将直动从动件运动处理为变半径的虚拟摆动方法,建立了直动或摆动从动件空间凸轮机构的统一数学表达式。应用单参数曲面族包络面理论,推导建立了摆动或直动从动件空间凸轮机构凸轮轮廓曲面模型表达式,通过对实例的数值计算和仿真,验证了该方法和模型的正确性。该方法为研究凸轮机构几何特征与运动特征的统一表达提供了一种新的研究思路和方法。Adopting the method of letting the motion of translational follower be processed into the virtual oscillation of varied radius, the unified mathematical expression of the spatial cam mechanism with translation or oscillation follower was established. By applying the envelope surface theory of curved surfaced family with single parameter, the expression of cam contour curved surface model of spatial cam mechanism with oscillating or translational follower was derived and established. By means of numerical calculation and simulation on a living example, the correctness of this method and model was testified. This method provided a kind of new train of thought and methodology of study for researching the unified expression on the geometric characteristics and movement characteristics of cam mechanisms.
