国产重组干扰素α-2b治疗45例慢性丙型肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察国产重组干扰素α２ｂ治疗慢性丙型肝炎的近期疗效。方法：应用长春生物制品研究所生产的ｒＩＦＮα２ｂ治疗４５例丙型肝炎患者，３００万单位肌肉注射，隔日１次，共３个月；另２４例患者给予一般保肝治疗作为对照组。结果：３个月后治疗组２７／４５ＡＬＴ复常，３５／４５ＨＣＶＲＮＡ阴转，和对照组比较差异有显著性。结论：国产重组干扰素α２ｂ在抗病毒和恢复肝功能方面均有较好疗效。Objective: To observe the short term effectiveness of native recombinant interferon α-2b (γ-IFNα2b) in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. Methods: Fourty-five patients with chronic hepatitis C were treated with rIFNα2b manufactured by Changchun Biological Product Research Institute. Patients were injected with 3 million units, q.o.d. im. × 3 months. Other 24 patients were treated with general liverprotecting medicine as the control. Results: In treatment group, after treatment, the ALT normalization rate was 60.00%, HCV RNA negative rate was 77.80%, which displayed significant differences from the control. Conclusion: Native rIFNα-2b was effective against the virus and for the normalization of liver function.
