摘  要:在分析直线感应电机动态数学模型的基础上,研究一种新型的能量互馈式直线牵引传动试验系统。主要讨论该系统的构成及运行原理。直线牵引传动试验系统由两台直线感应电机组成,一台作为电动机,另一台作为发电机。系统用于模拟牵引电动机的负载特性,并能将电动机输出的机械能通过发电机转变为电能送回到直流母线。该系统具有高效节能、控制灵活等优点。在分析互馈双电机推力平衡关系的基础上,提出基于矢量控制的互馈双电机联合控制策略,研究牵引电机侧速度调节和负载侧推力模拟的方法。仿真和试验结果都表明,采用互馈双电机联合控制策略的直线感应电机牵引互馈系统具有良好的稳态性能和动态调节能力,验证了所提方案的正确性。On the basis of the dynamic mathematical model of the linear induction motor (LIM), a novel reciprocal power-fed linear drive test system is studied in terms of its construction and operation principle. This system consists of two linear induction motors, one being the traction motor and the other being operated as the generator which simulates the loading characteristics of the traction motor, transforms the output mechanical energy of the motor into the electrical energy and then send the electrical energy back to the DC bus. This system has the merits of high efficiency and flexible control. Analyzing the balancing relations of the thrust forces of the twin motors, the associated control strategy of the twin motors based on vector control is proposed. Reg- ulation of the traction motor speed and analog load simulation are discussed. Simulation and test results show that the LIM reciprocal power-fed test system using the above associated control strategy has good steady-state performance, and good speed and load force adjustment. The validity of the test system is verified.
