摘　　要：控规阶段,为了充分满足10 km^2规划新区的防洪排涝要求,在用地布局、水系统和绿地系统规划、竖向规划等四个方面进行了全面综合考虑,并与当地防洪排涝专项规划设计进行协调、取得一致,以全面增强规划新区抵御洪涝灾害的能力。该文介绍的思路可供雨洪控制规划参考。In order to fully meet the requirements of flood control and drainage in a new 10-km^2 planned area in the control planning stage,it is comprehensively to consider the land layout,the water system,the systematical planning of greenbelt and the vertical planning.It is to coordinate with the local special planning design of flood control and drainage to achieve the consistence fully to strengthen the capability of the new planned area to resist the flood and waterlog calamity.The thinking introduced in the article can be referred for the rainwater and flood control planning.
