浅谈新时期电子文档对医院档案工作的影响及对策

摘　　要：目的了解电子档案对医院档案管理信息化的影响及对策。方法结合实际工作,采用经验总结与实际调查的方法,进行这一课题的探索研究。结果当前电子文档已成为医院档案管理工作不可缺少的重要组成部分,但是还存在一定的问题,针对存在的问题,提出了几点对策。结论从电子文档的角度为新时期医院档案管理分析总结出了一条新思路,文章在前人成果的基础上,把握新规律,运用新方法,提出了新观点,为促进医院档案管理信息化提供了新的思路。Objective To know of the hospital electronic records file management information of the effects of and countermeasures. Methods The combination of practical work experience with the actual use of survey methodology, conduct research to explore this topic. Results The current electronic document records management has become a hospital job an important and indispensable component of, but there are still some questions, in view of existing problems, and raised a number of countermeasures. Conclusion From the perspective of electronic documents for the new period, hospital records management analysis summed up a new train of thought, the article at the basis of previous results, to grasp the new laws, the use of new methods, new ideas put forward for the promotion of hospital records management information of provide a new way of thinking.
