摘　　要：目的了解西南和西北地区第四轮中国全球基金/中英艾滋病项目50个项目县(区),吸毒人群艾滋病感染率和行为学指标情况。方法采用方便样本或滚雪球法,对项目地区社区和羁押场所的吸毒人群进行抽样和一对一问卷调查,检测血清HIV抗体。结果调查的13737人中,男性占86.1%,女性占13.9%,20～44岁者占93.7%。吸毒人群中,静脉注射毒品者占96.0%,艾滋病知识的知晓率为29.2%。注射吸毒人群最近1次注射吸毒时共用注射器的比例为26.7%,最近1个月共用注射器的比例为41.8%,最近6个月共用注射器的比例78.1%。最近1次与临时性伴性行为时使用安全套的比例为31.1%,最近1次商业性行为时使用安全套的比例为32.7%。吸毒人群HIV阳性率平均为14.6%。结论项目地区吸毒人群中艾滋病知识知晓率较低,存在共用注射器和商业性行为中不使用安全套等高危行为,HIV感染率较高。下一步工作重点是加强对吸毒人群的艾滋病知识宣传,提高行为干预的覆盖率。Objective To explore HIV infection and behavior situation in drug abusers in 50 counties in Southwest China. Methods Special cross-section survey, including face to face interview and HIV antibody test, was conducted in the drug abusers by using convenience sampling and snowball sampling method from the close setting and communities. Results Of the interviewees 86.1% were male and 13.9% were female, the average age of 93.7% of the interviewees was 20--44 years, 96.0% of them were injection drug users. The rate of AIDS related knowledge was 29.2%. The rate of sharing needle with others in the last durg use, in the past month, and in the past half year was 26.7% ,41.8% and 78.1% respectively. The rate of condom use during the last sex with com- mercial sex partners or non-regular partner was 32.7 % and 31.1%, respectively. The average HIV infection rate a- mong the drug abusers was 14.6%. Conclusions HIV infection rate among the drug abusers in the Project counties was relatively high,and high risk factors like lack of knowledge about AIDS, sharing needle and unsafe sex behavior were common. It is important to strengthen public education and increase the coverage of the behaviors intervention for the drug abusers in the next phase.
