摘　　要：目的了解卫生九项目部分地区吸毒人群的艾滋病相关认知、态度和行为状况及其变化趋势,为制定有效干预措施和评估项目实施效果提供依据。方法以各轮调查的前一轮调查所获的共用针具比例,计算本轮监测调查样本量,采用"滚雪球(Snowball Sampling)"等非随机抽样方法,对吸毒者进行面对面匿名问卷调查。结果三轮行为监测调查结果显示:吸毒人群的艾滋病相关知识知晓率总体呈上升趋势(69.6%到95.1%);对艾滋病持正确态度的比例明显提高;共针率有所下降(65.6%到25.3%);安全套使用率有所提高。结论项目地区针对吸毒人群开展的干预工作成效显著,但仍需进一步有针对性地开展艾滋病防治宣传教育,深入持久地开展以减少毒品危害措施为主的综合干预活动,扩大针对吸毒人群的干预覆盖面,从而有效控制艾滋病疫情的进一步蔓延。Objective To find out the status of HIV/AIDS related knowledge,awareness,attitude and high-risk behaviors among drug users in Health Project Nine areas to provide basis for making effective interventions and eval- uating impact of the Project. Method Sample size was defined for each round of the survey according to the rate of needle-sharing in the previous round,drug users were sampled by non-random method like＂Snowball sampling＂ , and data were collected through anonymous face-to-face questionnaire survey. Result The awareness and knowledge a- mong drug users have improved obviously（69.6% to 95.1%） ;needle sharing rate decreased （65.6% to 25.3%） and condom use rate increased. Conclusion the impact of interventions among drug users has begun to be displayed in Health Project Nine areas,hut in order to effectively control further spread of AIDS/H IV,it is necessary to conduct more specific AIDS/HIV related publicity and health education in an active and sustainable manner and implement integrated interventions among drug users by focusing on harm reduction and increasing the coverage of intervention for drug users.
