摘　　要：目的:促进护士严格落实各级别护理常规,提高护理质量及满意度。方法:在病区公示分级护理标准内容并评价。结果:患者、护士对分级护理标准公示实施满意情况及公示前后护理质量控制检查结果比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在病区实施分级护理公示保证了患者的知情权和监督权,对打造高质量护理服务品牌,构建和谐医院、和谐护患关系有较大促进作用。objective： To promote nurses to carry out each level of nursing care routine and improve care quality and patients＇ satisfaction. Method： The satisfaction of patients and nurses to the application of public notice of grading nursing care standard were analyzed. The difference of care quality between pre and post public notice was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Patients＇ informed and superintendence rights were ensured after clinical application of public notice of grading nursing care standard. It also improved the progress of constructing the first class of nursing care service, building harmonious hospital and establishing concordance between nurses and patients.
