摘  要:本文探讨背向散射超声成像技术在正常及缺血心肌组织学定征方面的作用。对10条开胸犬心脏行IBS成像,记录并分析结扎冠状动脉左前降支前后其供血范围相应的背向散射周期性变化值(Cyclicvariationofintegratedbackscater,CVIBS)变化,并与左回旋支供血区对照。经静脉注射声学造影剂FX530协助评价心肌血流灌注,确定缺血部位。正常前壁心肌CVIBS为6.69±0.72dB,侧壁为6.54±0.63dB;缺血后心肌CVIBS前壁3.18±0.41dB,侧壁6.59±0.52dB,p<0.001;The objective of this study is to prove the effect of Integrated Ultrasound Backscatter(IBS)in normal and ischemic myocardial tissue characterization by the help of myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE).We studied 10 open chest dogs(15 21kg).Cyclic variation of integrated backscatter(CVIBS)was measured in the territory of left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD)and the territory of left circumflex branch(LCX) from a two dimensional ultrasound image with an acoustic densitometry software package pre and post holding up of the LAD.MCE helped to assess myocardial perfusion and to provide the evidence of normal and ischemic myocardium.CVIBS was similar in LAD(6 69±0 72dB)and LCX(6 54±0 63dB).CVIBS in LAD area(3 18±0 41dB)was significantly lower than normal but also in LCX area after LAD occlusion(P<0 001).Conclusion:That patterns of CVIBS are different in normal and ischemic myocardium is naturally reasonable.
