摘 要:方法:采用克山病病区粮分别加Cr3+、加Se喂养大鼠,以荧光偏振法测定心肌细胞线粒体膜流动性,低温顺磁共振技术直接测定心、肝自由基含量,同时观察GSH-Px及SOD活性变化。结果:在缺Se状态下膜流动性降低,心、肝自由基水平升高,GSH-Px及SOD活性降低,加Cr3+或加Se喂养的大鼠膜流动性明显改善,自由基水平显著降低,GSH-Px及SOD活性亦有改善。结论:增强抗氧化功能可能是Cr3+抗心肌损伤的重要机理之一。In order to explore the protective mechanism of Cr 3+ on myocardial injury in Se deficient condition,the rats fed with endemic areas grains were classed into 4 groups:endemic diet,endemic diet+Cr 3+ ,endemic diet+Se,endemic diet+Cr 3+ +Se.After 100 days feeding the rats were killed.Membrane lipid fluidity(FLU)of myocardial cells was measured with fluorescent polarization analysis.Free radicals of myocardium and liver were examined with low temperature ESR technique,as well as the activities of GSH Px and SOD were observed.The results showed that FLU was significantly increased,free radicals were markedly decreased and the activities of GSH Px and SOD in blood,myocardium and liver were obviously significantly reduced in Se deficient condition.While endemic diet supplemented with Cr 3+ ,Se or Cr 3+ +Se,FLU was significanfly improved,free radicals were markedly decreased and activities of GSH Px and SOD were increased.It was possible that improving antioxidation function is one of the mechanisms of Cr 3+ on myocardial injury.
