脉君安与巯甲丙脯酸、硝苯吡啶联合应用治疗高血压病临床分析

摘　　要：132例高血压病患者随机分为二组,观察组76例采用脉君安与巯甲丙脯酸、硝苯吡啶联合应用,对照组56例采用巯甲丙脯酸、硝苯吡啶联合应用.共用4周,结果降压总有效率依次为97.36%,85.71%(P<0.05);副作用发生率依次为2.63%,17.86%(P<0.01).未见明显的电解质、血糖和血脂变化.提示脉君安与巯甲丙脯酸、硝苯吡啶联合应用可以提高降压疗效并减少副作用.In this report, 132 cases of patients with hypertension were divided into two groups, the observed group of 76 cases was curedwith the united therapeutics of Mai Jun an. Captopril and Nifedipine and the control group of 56 cases was treated only with the united therapeutics of Captopril and Nifedipine for 4 weeks. The total effective rates of depressurization were respectively 97. 36% and 85. 71 % (P<0.05). the occuring rates of by-effect were 2. 63% and 17. 86% (P<0. 01). The results suggested that the de-pressurzing effect was increased and the by-effect was reduced by the united therapeutics of Mai Jun an. Captopril and Nifedipine.
