摘 要:为提高逆变器的转换效率,提出一种新型的无源软开关逆变器的拓扑结构,在电路中采用紧密耦合在同一铁芯上的电感来回馈能量,同时该耦合电感也作为零电流开通电感;利用谐振电感和谐振电容的谐振来实现零电压关断。该无源软开关逆变器通过拓扑结构中的储能元件,在死区时间内,输出相电流可以续流,降低死区的影响,减小输出相电流在低频时的畸变率。对其工作原理进行分析,给出不同工作模式下的等效电路图、相应的电路解析和回路的参数设计方法。通过仿真和实验,验证了该原理的正确性。A novel topology of passive soft-switching inverter was proposed to improve conversion efficiency of the inverter. Inductors coupled tightly on a single core were used to recover snubber energy to the input in the novel topology. They were also used to achieve zero-current turning on. In addition, taking advantage of resonance between resonant inductor and resonant capacitor, zero-voltage turning off can be achieved. In the novel topology, freewheeling of output current can be realized via energy storage components in the dead-time and the effect of dead-time is reduced. The distortion ratio of the output phase current in low frequency is also reduced. The equivalent circuits at different operation modes, the analysis of the circuit and parameter design method are presented. Simulation and experimental results were proposed to verify theoretical analysis.
