摘 要:燃料电池电动汽车是一种新兴的清洁能源汽车,针对燃料电池电动汽车用DC-DC变换器复杂的输入输出特性的要求,在输出恒压、输出恒流和输入欠压3闭环系统的基础上,通过增加复合自动控制器、动态选择控制特性调节信号的方法,设计一种复合输入输出特性控制方法。建立了该复合控制系统的数学模型,并详细分析其工作原理,用Simulink软件对该模型进行仿真,通过实验对该模型进行验证。仿真和实验结果验证了控制系统的有效性和实验的可行性。该方法实现了燃料电池电动汽车对DC-DC变换器输入输出外特性控制,并在所研制90kW升压型DC-DC变换器中得到应用,运行工作可靠。Fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) are an emerging clean energy vehicle. In order to meet the requirements of the complex input and output features of the DC-DC converter for FCEV, a compound input/output feature control system was proposed which is based on the three-closed-loop control system consisting of output constant voltage, output constant current and input under-voltage, and a compound automatic controller was employed to dynamically choose the method to control the feature regulating signals. The mathematical model was built for the compound control system, and its working principle was analyzed in detail. The model was simulated with the software Simulink and the results were validated by the experiments. Simulation and experiment results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the control system. The method enables the FCEV to control the external features of the input and output of the converter. The method has been applied to the 90 kW DC-DC converter, and proved to operate with reliability.
